Many individuals reside in one place, move back and forth between residences, and own property and assets in multiple locations.

In the event of death, the heirs need to have property administered in multiple locations, both in the United States and Israel.

I have had a number of cases involving Israeli citizens who own property in the United States, and have left assets to family members in the United States, Israel and other countries. I have also had cases of American citizens, and citizens of other countries who own assets in Israel, and have bequeathed those assets to family or friends who do not reside in Israel.
